We usually ship the order the next working day after order confirmation.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of order confirmation.

Return policy

We offer free return in case you receive the product box in a damaged condition. However to initiate the return process please make sure to send us an email with a picture of the damaged box within 24 hours of receiving Kasaya. Once the product is collected, the refund process will be initiated and we will refund the amount via original mode of payment within 7 working days of receiving the product.

If you receive a damaged product, please do not use the item and keep it in the same condition that you received it.

Replacement policy

Due to Health and safety reasons we do not offer replacement on your product. Returned products are discarded and never resold. Incase your product came in a damaged condition/box, we suggest you file for a return via email (wecare@kasayatea.com).
