Kasaya was created in 2020 by Shruti along-with her mother and was born out of their mutual love for tea. Our goal was to make tea that taste great, and are also good for you. So we set out to create delicious, quality and a great value blend. We are proud and excited to have created a truly ethical, sustainable and independent chai masala company. Kasaya is all about transparency and we always source our ingredients from responsible sources, who uphold the highest safety and ethical standards. We put our tea drinkers first and this is why we took our time crafting and creating a blend that we truly love.
Our Mission
Our goal has stayed the same since we first started - to deliver a high quality, delicious and healthy blend for tea across India. But we also want to do it our way - in what we believe to be the right way, by delivering an exceptionally high quality blend, looking after our planet and taking care when sourcing our tea. That’s why all our ingredients are carefully sourced from trusted suppliers. So you can sit back, knowing that you’re sipping a blend that is healthy and has been sourced sustainably. Meet the founder
It all began with a simple cup of tea. Shruti’s mom always had a love for tea that made her develop a passion to create a distinctive blend that is healthy yet delicious. She began mixing household spices and herbs to further enhance the flavour and mastering the art of making tea even more delicious. She served these blends to her family and friends which gathered her a lot of attention.
Shruti had been working for several years at different corporate and media houses, one evening as she and her mum were enjoying their delicious blended tea, she decided to turn her mothers passion into business and resigned from work. She felt liberated and empowered as she finally followed her dream of running a tea company with her mother and set out on this brave journey as an entrepreneur by creating Kasaya. Today the mother daughter duo own a thriving chai masala e-commerce business.
The Process

Sourced responsibly, only the most authentic, premium and fresh varieties of spices and herbs make it to Kasaya.
Blending
The ingredients are then carefully blended to a perfect ratio.

Environment friendly air tight packaging is used to retain aroma and flavour till the very last sip.
